Express Shipping Cost
We offer express shipping worldwide. Your package will be dispatched from our atelier in Turkey. All international orders will be delivered via UPS, TNT Express or DHL Express.
Shipping is free for orders over $200 USD. For orders below $200 USD, we charge a flat $12.90 USD shipping fee.
Return & Exchange Policy
We're sure you'll be happy with your purchase but if you have any problems please email: ozgentextile@gmail.com
If you are unhappy with your goods for any reason we'll gladly issue a replacement or refund providing they are returned within 30 days of receipt of your order, complete with all original tags, and in original condition.
For returns, we will inspect the item(s) upon arrival and process the refund within 1-3 business days.
Postage charges, return shipment costs, customs charges and handling fees will all be deducted from any refund or requested exchange due.
If you've requested any personalizations or customizations seller will not be able to accept a return or a refund.
